The Poet IQ2® Anesthetic Gas Monitor

Powerful and compact—fits into small shelves on gas kits and is an excellent choice for updating existing anesthesia delivery systems with state-of-the-art agent detection and proprietary 5-agent gas analysis technology.

The Poet IQ2® Anesthetic Gas Monitor provides an affordable solution for 5-agent gas monitoring in any operating environment. The Poet IQ2 has an external video output port that is compatible with VGA flat screen displays, allowing patient data to be displayed where the surgical team needs to see the information. The anesthetic monitor comes with an internal high resolution color display that is designed into a compact, easy to use control panel that can fit into tight spaces. The internal display controls can be placed within easy reach while an external large screen display can be mounted where ever desired.

The Poet IQ2 automatically identifies and quantifies inspired and expired CO2, N2O, O2, and five anesthetic agents. The exceptional dynamic range of the advanced High IQ™ agent detector allows the monitor to accurately measure and display mixed gas measurements at low volumes.

The system's reliable performance, ease of use, flexible design, and affordable cost make it the ideal monitoring solution for anesthesia applications in hospitals and surgical centers.
State-of-the-art NDIR technology identifies and measures five anesthetic agent gases:

Halothane, Isoflurane, Enflurane, Sevoflurane, and Desflurane.
Automatic and manual primary agent detection.
Breath-by-breath CO2, O2, N2O monitoring.
Gas flow sampled at 100, 150, and 200 ml/min.
Mixed agent identification.
Measurement accuracy is not affected by alcohol or metabolic ketones.
Fast warm-up time ensures full accuracy within minutes.
No user calibration required; minimal user interaction.
Intuitive, easily configured user interface minimizes training and is ideal for multiple users.
Bright, real-time display of numerical values and waveforms provides instant notification of changing patient status.
Lightweight, portable design provides flexible workspace options.
