The Welch Allyn FX-100 Sigmoidoscope includes the Welch Allyn FX-150 Light Source. The LX-150 is a multi-use light source. The FX-100 working length is 65cm for full left colon examination. Insertion tube measures about 13.5mm and provides loop-free insertion and minimizes patient discomfort; compliance levels are much higher. The biopsy channel measures 3.2mm and provides quick aspiration and easy biopsy/accessory passage. The deflection range of 180 degrees up/down and 160 degree right/left allows easy insertion through recto-sigmoid junction and a complete retro flexed view in ampulla. The angle of view is 100 degrees, which eliminates blind spots. This unit is sold as used.
